Project Consultation Call ($25):

Space Planning Preliminary Package ($100):

• Production of schematic diagrams and 2D floor plan based on client's space/workable area

• Inclusive of 1-2 hour kick-off meeting to discuss project requirements

• Inclusive of 1 revision

• Output: PDF and image files produced

Space Planning Full Production Package ($250):

• 2-3 project start-up meetings to discuss requirements

• Design and construction drawings development: schematics, 3D renderings, 2D construction drawings (floor plans)

• Inclusive of 3 revisions

Visualization Services Preliminary Package ($100):

• Production of schematic 3D renderings (max 3 shots)

• Inclusive of 1 hour kick-off meeting to discuss project requirements

• Inclusive of 1 revision per shot

• Output: PDF and image files produced

Visualization Services Basic Package ($180):

• Production of 3D renderings (max 6 shots)

• Inclusive of two 1-2 hour kick-off meetings to discuss project requirements

• Project management services: Liaise with client and local builder, provision of shop drawings/documents needed to supplement build phase
