• Talk through project needs to develop a scope of work.

2D Space Planning for Furnishings ($150/hr):

• Assist in identifying the number, size, and layout configurations that a space can accommodate.

• Requires client to provide measurements or a floor plan.

• Complements Furniture Selection and Procurement services.

Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment, Decor Selections ($150/hr):

• Provide up to 3 selections per item for furnished goods, fixtures, equipment, and decor.

• Ensure selections align with client's style aesthetic and design parameters.

• Include Cut Sheets and Specifications for selected goods.

Fixed Finish Selections and Specifications ($150/hr):

• Offer cohesive design and specifications for fixed finishes such as lighting, plumbing, wall accessories, etc.

• Suitable for remodeling projects or new construction.

• Provide Cut Sheets and Specifications for selected fixed finishes.
